Key Qualifications:

  • Active OTR/L license and registration
  • Previous school-based OT, home health, or teletherapy experience preferred
  • Strong skills in both consultative and direct OT service delivery
  • Ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, including 3-year re-evaluations and annual reviews
  • Comfortable leading 1:1 and small group OT interventions
  • Effective communicator who thrives as part of a team

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 and transition (ages 18–21) students in one purpose-built facility
  • Conduct assessments and re-evaluations according to state and district guidelines
  • Create, implement, and monitor effective individual and small group therapy strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and behavioral teams to support student needs
  • Document progress and participate actively in annual reviews and IEP meetings
  • Serve both consultative and direct service roles, adapting to student and program requirements
