Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid and current Occupational Therapy license for Texas (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Graduation from an accredited OT program (Master’s or Doctorate preferred)
  • Previous pediatric/school-based experience preferred, but motivated new grads are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapeutic interventions for children in school settings
  • Assess and document students’ progress, adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
