Occupational Therapist School Setting - Pleasant Prairie, WI

Make a meaningful impact as a contract Occupational Therapist supporting elementary students for the 2026-2027 school year! Your expertise will make a direct difference, working with a manageable caseload of 35-45 students per week. You'll focus on assessment, goal setting, and intervention planning—delivering services in-person (not VOCO), promoting each child’s independence and success both in and out of the classroom.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Wisconsin
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, positive approach to working across multiple school environments
• Ability to organize and manage a caseload efficiently

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide direct OT services and evaluate student needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Implement therapeutic interventions to support fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
• Travel between two elementary locations as scheduled
