Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid and current Occupational Therapist license in California
  • Previous experience delivering OT services within school environments preferred
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with students, educators, and families
  • Ability to create engaging, developmentally appropriate interventions
  • Organized, self-motivated, and committed to student growth
  • Flexibility to adapt practices as student needs evolve

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' functional abilities within the educational setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support participation, access, and achievement
  • Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and support staff for integrated service delivery
  • Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings as required
  • Provide consultative services and strategies for classroom modifications
  • Stay current with best practices and compliance requirements in school-based occupational therapy
