As a valued school-based OT, you will:

Key Qualifications:

• Hold a valid OT license to practice in Florida
• Experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Ready to provide therapy to students in grades K-4 and high school
• Confidence navigating both in-person and hybrid environments
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Knowledge of IEPs and collaborative service delivery models

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group OT services to students in designated grade levels
• Evaluate students’ needs and develop intervention plans
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and team discussions
• Document progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other support staff
• Modulate services for both in-person and remote schedules as needed
