Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in Florida
• Experience or comfort working with students in grades K-4, as well as High School
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with staff, parents, and students
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to adapt OT interventions to a wide range of ages and learning needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, individualized OT services for students in both 1:1 and group settings
• Complete assessments, develop goals, and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education teams to support student access and participation
• Foster students’ functional skills, sensory processing, and motor development to enhance educational outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress updates as needed
