Occupational Therapist School Setting in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL

Make a meaningful impact supporting students as an Occupational Therapist for the upcoming school year. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise within an educational setting near the beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach area. Collaborate with faculty, families, and students by providing essential OT services across multiple schools situated in North and West Jacksonville.

You’ll enjoy a consistent weekday schedule (full-time, 35 hours per week) throughout the academic year, starting August 10, 2026, and concluding May 28, 2027. This is an on-site only role, ideal for dedicated professionals who value face-to-face interactions and thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Florida Department of Health OT licensure (active and in good standing)
• Prior experience as an occupational therapist in school settings strongly preferred
• Familiarity with itinerant service models is a plus
• Effective communication and documentation abilities
• Flexibility to serve multiple campuses in the assigned region
• Commitment to timely credentialing, including fingerprint clearance in accordance with state guidelines

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver evidence-based OT services to students (caseload and age groups to be confirmed)
• Collaborate with educators and staff to support student accessibility and participation
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes
• Travel between assigned schools as needed to provide comprehensive care
