Occupational Therapist School Setting - Ponte Vedra, FL

This contract position is situated near Ponte Vedra, FL and offers you the opportunity to utilize your specialized skills to help students succeed. Step into an impactful role starting August 4th and continuing through September 4th, working three days a week.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist licensure.
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, faculty, and families.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning space.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in alignment with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and other related service professionals to address students’ needs and meet educational goals.
• Conduct evaluations and provide recommendations for accommodations or adaptive equipment.
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies.
• Engage families and caregivers by offering guidance and support for student development.
