From August 11, 2026, through December 18, 2026, you’ll play a vital role in helping students achieve their fullest potential across a variety of school sites and caseloads. Key Qualifications:
- Current California licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Experience working within school settings, providing therapy to children and adolescents
- Comprehensive knowledge of IEP process, documentation requirements, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Adaptable and comfortable working across multiple sites and with varied caseloads
- Able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced educational environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students in need of OT services
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy interventions according to student IEPs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create supportive accommodations and strategies
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation of all sessions and progress
- Contribute to IEP meetings and help facilitate student transitions and goal attainment
- Mentor or assist support staff as needed
