You'll have a manageable caseload of 32 students, letting you focus on making meaningful connections and genuine impact.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active WA SLP License and ESA certificate—copies required for submission
  • Must be fingerprinted through OSPI
  • Prior experience working in school-based OT preferred
  • Ready and able to work in person full time (7.5 hours daily) throughout the 2026-2027 school year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver OT services to elementary-aged students, supporting their growth and academic success
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary educational team and participate in IEP meetings
  • Develop, implement, and track individualized therapy plans
  • Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff
