Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Valid state Occupational Therapist licensure/certification (or eligibility)
  • Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt activities and approaches to diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluation, treatment planning, and direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEP goals
  • Promote functional independence in academic, social, and daily living skills
  • Conduct ongoing assessments, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Support students four days a week on a middle school campus (7:45am–3:00pm)
  • Offer services one day per week at the high school level (7:30am–2:30pm)
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment for all learners
