You’ll be responsible for delivering compensatory services to a small caseload — starting with two students who are owed hours — ensuring each receives personalized, attentive care that drives academic and developmental success. What You’ll Bring:

• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania
• Experience or strong interest in school-based OT practice
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver individualized therapy sessions in alignment with student IEPs
• Provide compensatory services directly to students, managing and tracking owed hours

• Maintain accurate, timely records and stay compliant with state/school regulations
• Empower students to build fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills for participation in school activities
