Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Current ESA certification required
- Washington Occupational Therapy License (WA OT)
- Fingerprinting through OSPI (Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction) completed or in process
- Previous experience providing OT services in a school setting preferred
- Flexible approach to working with various grade bands; final assignment will match skills and district needs
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to students across assigned grade bands
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
- Assess students’ functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and document ongoing progress
- Provide consultation and training to school staff to support student participation and access in the classroom
- Ensure compliance with all state and district guidelines
