Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current ESA certification required
  • Washington Occupational Therapy License (WA OT)
  • Fingerprinting through OSPI (Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction) completed or in process
  • Previous experience providing OT services in a school setting preferred
  • Flexible approach to working with various grade bands; final assignment will match skills and district needs
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to students across assigned grade bands
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
  • Assess students’ functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and document ongoing progress
  • Provide consultation and training to school staff to support student participation and access in the classroom
  • Ensure compliance with all state and district guidelines
