Soliant is partnering with a supportive school district in Accomack County, VA, to hire a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 2026-2027 school year. Conveniently located within commuting distance of Princess Anne, MD, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative special education team and make a lasting impact on students' success.
Position Details
- 2026-2027 School Year
- Full-Time Position (Part-Time may be considered)
- On-Site in Accomack County, VA
- PreK-12 Caseload (specific assignment discussed during the interview)
- Interviews conducted virtually via Zoom
What You'll Do
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and contribute to IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service records
- Participate in IEP meetings and assist in developing student-centered interventions
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Virginia Occupational Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain)
- School-based experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
