Occupational Therapist for 26/27 School Year

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time opportunity in Providence, Rhode Island. This position supports students with high needs and severe disabilities in a specialized educational setting.

Position Details:

• Full-time schedule
• High-needs, severe caseload
• Collaborative and supportive school environment
• Safety-Care Training provided
• Director is ready to interview qualified candidates this week

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district requirements
• Support students in achieving functional and educational goals

Qualifications:

• Active Rhode Island Occupational Therapist license
• School-based experience preferred
• Experience working with students with significant disabilities and behavioral needs is highly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $38.66 to $58.66. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
