Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to their educational goals
• Implement direct therapy sessions, monitor progress, and document outcomes according to district and professional standards
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to develop strategies that support student participation and success across all school activities
• Provide consultation and training to school staff on tools, equipment, and resources that enhance occupational participation
• Maintain accurate and timely records, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
