Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current and active Occupational Therapist license in Washington state
  • ESA certification required
  • Ability to provide both direct and indirect services to students
  • Preferred: Previous experience in a school-based setting, though not required
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, parents, and other team members

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and deliver individualized therapy services for students with a variety of needs
  • Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure students’ academic and functional goals are met
  • Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to comprehensive documentation
  • Foster positive student outcomes through skillful intervention and support
