Qualifications and Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current and active Occupational Therapist license in Washington state
- ESA certification required
- Ability to provide both direct and indirect services to students
- Preferred: Previous experience in a school-based setting, though not required
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, parents, and other team members
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and deliver individualized therapy services for students with a variety of needs
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure students’ academic and functional goals are met
- Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to comprehensive documentation
- Foster positive student outcomes through skillful intervention and support
