Occupational Therapist School Setting in Quakertown, PA

Desired Qualifications/Experience

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Pennsylvania OT license
• Pennsylvania state clearances (required for school-based roles)
• Valid teaching certification in Pennsylvania
• School-based OT experience or a strong interest in working within educational settings

Key Responsibilities

• Assess students’ abilities to participate in school activities and daily routines
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educators and families
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with IEP goals and state guidelines
• Deliver direct therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to promote strategies supporting students’ learning and success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
