Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Valid state OT license or eligibility to obtain
• Experience working in school settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Address fine and gross motor challenges, sensory needs, and self-care skills
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support each student’s IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy both individually and in small groups
• Educate staff and families on strategies to integrate therapeutic recommendations into daily routines
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with district and regulatory requirements
