School Occupational Therapist | Quincy, Massachusetts

A contract opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to provide specialized therapy services within a school setting in Quincy, MA. This role focuses on delivering in-home occupational therapy services to students in Andover, MA, supporting their individual learning and developmental needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing two 60-minute in-home OT sessions per week to students in Andover
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student progress
• Conducting assessments and developing tailored therapy plans to enhance students’ functional skills in educational and home settings
• Documenting and tracking student progress according to school and state guidelines
• Participating in team meetings to discuss student needs and strategies

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy licensure appropriate for school-based practice
• Experience providing occupational therapy services in schools and/or home settings
• Strong understanding of pediatric OT interventions and school-based therapy techniques
• Ability to work independently and maintain clear communication with multidisciplinary teams
• Reliable transportation necessary for in-home service provision in Andover
