Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license in Massachusetts
  • Previous experience in school-based OT settings strongly preferred
  • Comfort and proficiency with home health and teletherapy service delivery models
  • Strong interpersonal communication abilities with children, families, and staff
  • Collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Organization and adaptability for managing a diverse caseload

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized OT services to students according to their educational plans
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment goals, and monitor student progress
  • Provide therapy both in schools and, when needed, via teletherapy or home visits
  • Support classroom staff and families with strategies to enhance student participation and independence
  • Maintain clear documentation of sessions and student outcomes in compliance with regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on goal development
