School Occupational Therapist | Quincy, Massachusetts

You’ll work onsite, supporting K-12 students for the 2026-2027 school year in a full-time position (32.5 hours per week). Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in school-based settings working with K-12 populations preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt and tailor interventions to diverse student needs
• Organizational skills to effectively manage caseloads (final caseload assignment to be determined)
• Familiarity with IEP development and documentation processes is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to students across all grade levels
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational professionals to foster optimal student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized goals
• Monitor and report on student progress, modifying strategies as needed
• Engage in ongoing professional development as required
