Desired Qualifications:

  • Active and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in Massachusetts
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting or supporting school-aged children preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities
  • Ability to adapt to diverse caseloads and needs across K-12
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to documentation requirements
  • Passion for delivering effective, student-centered therapy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy sessions (individual or group) to address fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support educational outcomes
  • Document progress, attend IEP meetings, and contribute to educational planning
  • Serve as a valuable resource for integrating assistive strategies in the classroom
  • Maintain compliance with all school and state regulations
