Desired Qualifications:
- Active and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in Massachusetts
- Previous experience in a school-based setting or supporting school-aged children preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Ability to adapt to diverse caseloads and needs across K-12
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to documentation requirements
- Passion for delivering effective, student-centered therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy sessions (individual or group) to address fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support educational outcomes
- Document progress, attend IEP meetings, and contribute to educational planning
- Serve as a valuable resource for integrating assistive strategies in the classroom
- Maintain compliance with all school and state regulations
