Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state OT licensure (or eligibility) in Massachusetts

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to support educational goals
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services within classroom and small group environments

• Document session notes, assessments, and progress reports according to school and legal requirements
• Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and develop strategies for students’ success
• Participate in staff development sessions to stay current with best practices and regulatory standards
