Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Current Occupational Therapist licensure for the state of California
  • Previous experience working in schools or pediatric settings is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting young learners

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students’ functional abilities and needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) alongside multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in accordance with IEPs
  • Maintain accurate documentation for student care and progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support student development within the school environment
