Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of California
  • Prior experience delivering OT services in a school setting preferred
  • Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and adaptations for diverse learners
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • A passion for supporting children’s developmental, social, and academic success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ needs and goals
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student participation and performance
  • Provide direct therapy to students, both one-on-one and in small groups
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and district requirements
  • Offer recommendations for adaptive equipment, classroom modifications, and strategies to enhance student access and independence
