Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in California
- Prior experience in school-based therapy required
- Proficiency with fine motor skill development
- Competence in healthcare and teletherapy models within educational settings
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, students, and families
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services in individual and group settings
- Assess, plan, and implement interventions tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Facilitate progress in fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school requirements
- Communicate progress with teachers, parents, and fellow therapists
- Adapt to both in-person and virtual service delivery methods as needed
In this contract position, you’ll earn between $35 and $55 per hour, depending on your experience and skills. Collaborate with inspiring colleagues and help shape future generations while enjoying flexibility throughout the academic year.
