Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) for an immediate, school-based maternity leave coverage opportunity in Rancho Cucamonga, California. The assignment will begin as soon as possible and continue through the end of the school year.

The OT will support students across three school sites, including two elementary schools and one middle school, serving students from preschool through 8th grade.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in a school-based setting.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55 students.
• Collaborate with a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for caseload support.
• Work closely with teachers, school staff, and other service providers to support student needs.
• Follow the district calendar and assigned school schedule.

Requirements

• Previous school-based experience is required.
• Appropriate Occupational Therapist licensure and credentials.
• Ability to work across multiple school sites.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Position Details

• Pay: $50–$60 per hour
