Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license in Vermont (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in dynamic school environments
  • Comfortable assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions for K-12 students
  • Experience with IEP process, documentation, and progress monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to students per IEPs and referrals
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student success
  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
  • Document sessions and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Consult with staff on accommodations and modifications to maximize student participation in daily school activities
