Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in Vermont (or eligibility for licensure)
- Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in dynamic school environments
- Comfortable assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions for K-12 students
- Experience with IEP process, documentation, and progress monitoring
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to students per IEPs and referrals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student success
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Document sessions and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
- Consult with staff on accommodations and modifications to maximize student participation in daily school activities
