Occupational Therapist School Setting - Redlands, CA

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapy license in California
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Knowledge of individualized education programs (IEPs) and relevant state/federal regulations
• Ability to effectively communicate with students, staff, and parents
• Enthusiasm for working in a multidisciplinary team environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students referred for OT services
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to facilitate student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies
• Provide direct therapy services, group activities, and consultative support to staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute OT expertise to planning and goal setting
