Certified Middle School Occupational Therapist School Setting in Redondo Beach, CA

This full-time contract opportunity is based near beautiful Redondo Beach, CA, and offers a rewarding assignment beginning ASAP and extending through June 5, 2026. You’ll work a consistent 40 hours per week, collaborating with dedicated teams and engaging with a diverse caseload of 49 students.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license (OT) and certification required
• Demonstrated school-based Occupational Therapy experience
• Comfortable working across multiple sites (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet varied student needs
• Passionate about helping children and adolescents succeed in their academic environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve students across three sites, delivering assessments and individualized therapy
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and sensory-motor programs
• Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families to provide comprehensive student support
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting in accordance with school and legal requirements
• Provide consultation and education to staff and parents on occupational therapy strategies
• Foster positive, inclusive learning environments to maximize student participation and success
