This rewarding full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of 49 students, spanning three dynamic sites. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster growth, independence, and success for children and teens throughout the remainder of the school year through June 5, 2026.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and current Occupational Therapy license required
- Certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting
- Skilled in providing services across elementary, middle, and high school age groups
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Comfortable managing a caseload of students at multiple locations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students, adapting to individual needs
- Develop and implement IEP goals, collaborating with other educational professionals
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and participate in relevant meetings
- Consult with faculty and families to ensure student needs are effectively met
- Foster an inclusive environment to help students achieve functional and academic goals
- Balance responsibilities effectively across three campuses within a supportive structure
