In this role, you will:

• Deliver Occupational Therapy services, addressing needs as outlined in IEPs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Foster student participation in daily activities, sensory integration, and classroom routines
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes, ensuring compliance with district and regulatory standards
• Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and staff regarding student progress
• Adapt interventions to support each child’s unique skills and needs
• Complete 25 service days (fulfilled as five consecutive full-time weeks or two days per week through the end of the school year)

Qualifications:

• Active or eligible Occupational Therapy license to practice in California
• Previous experience working in school-based settings is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in developing and implementing treatment plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
• Collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a school environment
• Strong organizational abilities to manage schedules and documentation
