Occupational Therapist School Setting in Reedsburg, WI

What we’re looking for:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience working in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Thorough understanding of IEP documentation and compliance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• Ability to work independently—no COTA support needed during this assignment
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage a caseload

What you'll do:

• Deliver occupational therapy services onsite to a caseload of 40 students
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and set student-centered goals
• Collaborate with teachers and educational teams to enhance student participation and success in the classroom
• Document student progress and maintain records in accordance with district and legal standards
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide consultative support to staff and families to maximize student outcomes during the leave coverage
