What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Washington OT license
• ESA certification
• Experience working in school environments is preferred, but new graduates passionate about providing student-centered care are also encouraged to apply

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver both direct and consultative therapy services to students in a K–12 school setting
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure each student’s needs are met
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings, contributing your expertise and maintaining accurate records
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ strengths and challenges, supporting their academic participation and functional skills
