This full-time contract opportunity, located near Renton, WA, offers a dynamic environment where each day brings new opportunities to support learners across a broad age range while collaborating with dedicated staff and families.

Starting September 2, 2026, and concluding June 17, 2027, you’ll work approximately 37.5 to 40 hours per week, with a typical schedule beginning at 8:00 AM. Finish times may vary based on school assignments and IEP meetings, giving you a degree of flexibility within structured hours.

Desired Background and Skills:

  • Current licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist in Washington State
  • School-based OT experience highly preferred, with comfort managing diverse caseloads
  • Strong knowledge of IEPs and documentation for compliance and progress monitoring
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, teachers, and families
  • Adaptability to adjust service delivery across settings and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver up to 950 minutes of direct services weekly to pre-K through 12th-grade students
  • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized goals, and implement interventions to foster student growth
  • Prepare timely and thorough documentation for IEPs and progress reports
  • Work closely with school staff, participating in meetings and providing consultative support as needed
  • Promote positive student outcomes through evidence-based therapeutic strategies
