Occupational Therapist School Setting in Revere, MA

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for Massachusetts
• Prior experience in a school, home health, or pediatric healthcare setting
• Ability to tailor therapy for children ages 4–11, with a focus on developmental, sensory, and functional skill-building
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with teachers, families, and staff
• Strong organizational abilities for service scheduling and progress reporting

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to elementary students, supporting individual IEP goals
• Assess student needs; develop and track personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy into classroom routines
• Conduct screenings and consult with parents regarding strategies for student success
• Maintain thorough records, progress notes, and reports in compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and professional development as needed
