• Previous experience conducting OT assessments in a school setting

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine students’ functional, sensory, motor, and adaptive skills in accordance with IEP/504 guidelines
• Developing and revising individualized treatment plans and goals
• Providing direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their educational plans
• Documenting student progress, maintaining detailed records, and communicating updates to staff and families
• Collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and participation
• Staying current with evidence-based practices and attending relevant professional development
