Certified Licensed School Occupational Therapist - Rialto, California

What We’re Seeking:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license and certification
• Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Compassionate and creative approach to supporting students with varied abilities and backgrounds
• Ability to manage a mixed caseload of approximately 50-55 students

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver school-based occupational therapy services, including evaluations, direct interventions, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Develop individualized treatment plans to help students achieve educational success and functional independence
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and families to support students’ IEPs and educational progress
• Organize and prioritize a diverse caseload while maintaining compliance with timelines and standards
• Educate staff and caregivers on strategies to reinforce therapy goals
