Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas (or eligible for licensure)
• Prior experience with pediatric or school-based OT practices preferred
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Proficient in adapting activities to meet students' individualized needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy sessions to students as scheduled
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Document services and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and assessments as required
• Cover two leave periods (mid-January to March, then March to end of school year) to ensure continuity of care

This full-time role (37.5 hours/week) provides stability while allowing you to foster the skills and independence of students in a supportive academic setting.
