Leverage your skills in school-based and healthcare Occupational Therapy to provide assessments, interventions, and support for students’ development and independence. Whether you’re experienced in home health, healthcare, or dedicated school settings, your therapy strategies will help students achieve their fullest potential in and out of the classroom.

What you bring:
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience in school settings, home health, or healthcare environments
• Strong collaboration skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• A passion for working with K-12 populations, tailoring interventions across a diverse age range
• Excellent communication skills to document progress and explain goals to students, parents, and staff
• Flexibility and organizational skills to manage caseloads and prioritize student needs

Your responsibilities:
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for students in grades K-12
• Develop and implement IEPs and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to promote academic and functional success
• Provide onsite support and adapt environments to maximize student participation
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a nurturing, inclusive school community
