Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license (state eligibility required)
  • Previous experience with school-based OT for K-12 populations preferred
  • Comfortable delivering services across in-person, home health, healthcare, and teletherapy settings
  • Skilled in designing and implementing individualized education and therapy plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities for work with students, staff, and families
  • Organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation efficiently

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy to K-12 students in a range of environments, adjusting interventions to meet unique needs
  • Assess, plan, and implement therapy interventions supporting academic achievement and daily living skills
  • Consult with teachers and staff, providing recommendations and strategies for student success
  • Maintain timely, accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed for remote service delivery
  • Engage with families to support carry-over of skills and foster progress
  • Adapt to changing needs throughout the full academic school year
