Key Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapy license in California
  • Experience in school settings, home health, healthcare, and/or teletherapy strongly preferred
  • Background working with K-12 student populations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to develop, implement, and adapt individualized therapy plans

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative Occupational Therapy services to students in K-12 settings
  • Evaluate students’ needs and develop targeted intervention plans to support academic and developmental success
  • Document progress, maintain compliance with state and district guidelines, and participate in IEP meetings as required
  • Partner with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy goals within the classroom
  • Adjust approaches as needed for teletherapy or in-person service delivery
