Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid and current OT license in California
  • School-based occupational therapy experience strongly preferred
  • Understanding of IEP development and implementation
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Provide targeted occupational therapy sessions to support students’ progress toward ESY-specific goals
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to ensure consistent care and support
  • Conduct assessments, update documentation, and contribute to team meetings
  • Adapt therapy activities for both in-person and virtual delivery as needed
  • Maintain all required records and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
