Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans and implementing interventions tailored to student needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, parents, and support staff
• Adept at managing caseloads across multiple schools, adapting to different environments and routines
• Strong documentation and organizational abilities to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment objectives
• Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapeutic strategies into classrooms
• Document progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Engage with families and caregivers to support student goals both in school and at home
• Travel to assigned campuses as part of weekly rotation (four days, 30 hours per week)
