Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current or pending Virginia OT license
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience strongly preferred

• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ fine and gross motor needs and develop individualized intervention plans
• Deliver direct and consultative services to support academic participation and functional independence
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure best practices and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, goal setting, and progress monitoring
