Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license for the state
- Experience providing OT services in a school or pediatric setting
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and relevant documentation
- Collaborative approach to working with teachers, staff, and families

- Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ occupational therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students, both individually and in groups
- Maintain detailed records, progress reports, and required documentation
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, offering expert recommendations for student supports
- Provide strategies and resources for classroom staff to support student access and participation
- Communicate regularly with parents and educational teams regarding student progress and interventions
