Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Washington Occupational Therapist license
• ESA certification required
• Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience is a plus
• Adaptable, collaborative, and strong communicator with both students and staff
• Comfortable working across multiple school sites if needed
• Strong documentation and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students based on IEP goals
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to develop effective intervention strategies
• Support implementation of accommodations and modifications in the classroom setting
• Monitor and document student progress and communicate results with IEP teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training
