Key Qualifications:
- Licensed and certified Occupational Therapist, eligible to practice in Colorado
- Previous experience in a school environment or with pediatric populations
- Comfort working with K-12 age ranges and adapting to diverse student needs
- Proficient in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students across various grade levels
- Evaluate, assess, and identify students' motor and functional needs
- Create and implement goal-oriented treatment plans based on individual assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate records and comply with school and district guidelines
- Consult and participate in IEP meetings as a member of the student support team
