Key Qualifications:
- Active Colorado Teaching License (CDE) required
- Occupational Therapy endorsement mandated
- Demonstrated experience with school-aged populations, preferably across K-12 settings
- Strong understanding of educational frameworks and individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and professional development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative OT services to K-12 students as outlined in their IEPs
- Assess student needs, develop intervention strategies, and regularly monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related services staff to maximize student achievement
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress reviews
- Document activities, maintain compliance with state and federal educational requirements, and ensure confidentiality
Working Details:
- Contract dates: August 17, 2026 – June 3, 2027
- Part-time position: 20 hours per week onsite
- Immediate start, with the possibility of future remote flexibility as determined
