What you'll bring:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience or strong interest in school-based OT practice
- Familiarity with IEP development and progress reporting
- Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations and implement evidence-based therapy plans
- Excellent communication skills for parent and team collaboration
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and generate detailed reports for students identified for OT services
- Deliver engaging, effective therapy sessions that meet students’ individual needs
- Develop, monitor, and update therapy plans in alignment with student IEP goals
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ progress
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation for compliance and performance tracking
