Occupational Therapist School Setting - Rillito, AZ

What you'll bring:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience or strong interest in school-based OT practice
• Familiarity with IEP development and progress reporting
• Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations and implement evidence-based therapy plans
• Excellent communication skills for parent and team collaboration

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and generate detailed reports for students identified for OT services
• Deliver engaging, effective therapy sessions that meet students’ individual needs
• Develop, monitor, and update therapy plans in alignment with student IEP goals
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ progress
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation for compliance and performance tracking
