This full-time contract opportunity for the upcoming 26/27 school year offers a rewarding blend of direct therapy, supervision, and support for a diverse student population. You’ll work across two locations, collaborating with educators and families, and contribute to the development of individualized plans for students—including those in self-contained classrooms.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current OT licensure in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous school-based OT experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to effectively evaluate, plan, and implement interventions for K-12 students
  • Strong communication skills for collaborative work with staff, students, and families
  • Experience supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) is highly desirable

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to a varied K-12 caseload across two school locations
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and provide clinical guidance to two Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for student progress and compliance
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement and participation
  • Adapt strategies for students in self-contained classrooms and general education settings
