Occupational Therapist School Setting in Rio Rico, AZ

This full-time position offers the chance to work across four school sites, providing services to a caseload of approximately 60 students each week. Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state OT license
• Strong communication abilities and a collaborative approach with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in educational settings is valued, but all qualified candidates will be considered
• Comfortable utilizing various delivery methods, including on-site, home health, healthcare, and teletherapy approaches

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and interventions for students across multiple sites
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs, focusing on fine/gross motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
• Partner closely with teachers, special education teams, and parents to ensure consistent and effective support
• Maintain detailed records and document progress in accordance with school and professional guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise on student development and accommodations
