Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
- Effective communication abilities to collaborate with educators, parents, and other school staff
- Familiarity with assistive technology and sensory integration strategies is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students’ needs and recommend appropriate interventions
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy sessions tailored to individual student goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education teams, and families to design and revise therapy plans
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Assist in creating accessible classroom environments that support physical, emotional, and academic development
- Offer professional guidance and resources to staff on strategies for supporting students with diverse needs
