Qualifications & Experience:

• Current California Occupational Therapist license
• Prior experience delivering OT services in a school environment (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students to determine OT needs and appropriate interventions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions
• Work collaboratively with IEP teams to set and review goals
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Provide consultation and resources for educators and families to support classroom success
