What We're Looking For:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in California
  • Experience with school-based occupational therapy required
  • Previous background in home health or healthcare OT a plus
  • Adaptable to an itinerant schedule, traveling between multiple school sites
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct student assessments to determine occupational therapy needs
  • Develop and execute individualized education program (IEP) goals
  • Deliver direct therapy services in a variety of educational settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families for optimal care
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports for case management
  • Consult with interdisciplinary teams to promote student success
